Free Meditation Classes - Find Your Missing Peace
Research has shown that hypnotherapy can be even more effective when combined with meditation practice. I offer all of my hypnotherapy clients free weekly meditation classes as an optional extra to boost their hypnotherapy sessions.
With thousands of hours of meditation practice over more than twenty years, including more than four years spent living and training in Buddhist monasteries in the UK and Asia, I can give expert meditation teaching in clear plain language, guiding people towards peace and freedom, whether they’re experienced meditators or complete beginners.
Meditation, or mental cultivation, is a set of practices designed to give us more understanding and control of our minds. It’s not about learning how to fold your legs up like a pretzel, or about adopting any exotic religious beliefs; it’s simply a way of developing our minds. Just as we can train our bodies in the gym, or develop skill in a craft or sport, through meditation we can gain skill in working with our own minds. When taught with skill, meditation can seem like a craft or an art, or like play, something that’s fun to explore while at the same time being hugely enriching and powerful.
