Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a positive, forward-looking mode of therapy based on a scientific understanding of the brain and the mind. It combines talking psychotherapy and hypnosis. During hypnosis, clients are gently guided into a deeply relaxed state of mind. As well as being a pleasant and restful experience, the hypnotic state allows positive suggestions to be easily integrated into the mind, making it much easier for clients to change the way that they think and feel for the better. As sessions progress, this leads clients towards getting back on top of things and becoming the very best version of themselves.
